On March 25, 2005, Good Friday, Julia received the Stigmata
while doing the Stations of the Cross on the Blessed Mother's Mountain in Naju.
She also shed tears of blood for the first time and
suffered the pains of
scourging.

who had examined Julia's eyes in Chonnam National
University Hospital said that there was no wound in
her eyes and that this phenomenon cannot be explained
medically and scientifically.
